Important notice: Covid – 19
We continue to be operational in providing all our services. Client and solicitor appointments will be conducted over phone and/or video calling, we also provide an online document sign service.
Following Government directions and based on published expert advice to help curtail the spread of Covid-19, I want to reassure you that Gibson & Associates LLP continues to be operational. The processes regarding the management and protection of client matters are unchanged.
The health and well-being of our team, clients and stakeholders is always a priority, and therefore we have actioned the following measures in Gibson & Associates LLP:
- We are significantly reducing our on-site staff presence through the utilisation of our remote working facilities.
- We have introduced social distance protocols for on-site staff.
- The firm has reviewed its business continuity arrangements and is satisfied that appropriate arrangements are in place to manage the impact of any further disruption Covid-19 may cause. Accordingly, we do not currently anticipate any significant impact on day-to-day services.
- All work-related travel by our staff has been stopped to limit exposure.
- To protect our staff and our visitors, Gibson & Associates LLP has instituted a protocol regarding scheduled visitors to our offices.
- We continue to remind staff & clients to take the appropriate measures to prevent illness, as outlined by the authorities, and have instituted a protocol to manage any staff demonstrating symptoms of the virus or returning from overseas travel.
- Gibson & Associates LLP senior management team is continuing to monitor the evolving situation daily and will implement further actions as required.
