What is the Independent Consultant Solicitor Programme?

An Independent Consultant Solicitor (ICS), or a Consultant Solicitor, is a self-employed Consultant who is contracted to Gibson & Associates LLP.

Consultant Solicitors practice on a self-employed basis, set their own hours and retain a generous percentage of the professional fees collected.

Consultant solicitors enjoy autonomy and flexibility, and also have access to the raft of benefits you would expect of a large law firm, from technology systems and administrative support to compliance and insurance cover.
